A tundish nozzle is used to control the flow amount of melt steel to match the billet casting speed. With many kinds of materials( Al2O3-C, MgO-C, Spinel-C, etc.), the bowl materials of it are high wear and tear ressistance, which are helpful to the long service life. Argon blowing of a tundish nozzle is another important function in the slab casting.
